Cimicifuga helps maintain well-being during menopause.

Cimicifuga contributes to maintaining well-being during menopause, helping to minimize associated symptoms such as hot flashes and sweating. The Climaphyto Complex combines saffron, which contributes to emotional balance and better sleep, and ashwagandha, which helps with better stress resistance and maintains energy in the event of temporary fatigue. Calcium and vitamin D3 contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Recommended Daily Dose: Adult women in perimenopause or menopause. Take 2 capsules daily, with breakfast and dinner, with a glass of water, for greater well-being, both day and night. You can retake the product whenever necessary.
