INTESTINAL TRANSIT: Aloe Vera contributes to the normal functioning of the digestive system and helps maintain regular stools. 2. ELECTROLYTE BALANCE: Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. 3. PREBIOTIC: Chicory promotes digestion and helps stimulate the production of digestive body fluids and gastrointestinal movement. 4. INTESTINAL WELL-BEING: Aloe Vera helps maintain intestinal well-being and contributes to physical well-being, in particular by relaxing, strengthening and protecting the intestinal mucosa.

Recommended Daily Intake: Recommended for ages 12 and older. From 12 to 17 years: 1 sachet per day. Adults: 1 to 2 sachets per day. Before breakfast, pour the contents of 1 or 2 sachets (depending on the discomfort) into a large glass of water (approximately 200 ml). Shake until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. After improvement, you can take 1 sachet every 2 days, with your main meals or before bed, up to 3 times a day.
