Ectodol Retard Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile, single-dose solution designed to provide intense hydration and protection to the ocular surface. Its formulation was developed to help relieve symptoms associated with dry eyes, irritation, foreign body sensation, burning, or eye fatigue. This eye drop works by forming a protective and lubricating layer on the surface of the eye, helping to stabilize the tear film and improve ocular comfort throughout the day. It is particularly useful in situations of prolonged exposure to screens, air-conditioned environments, wind, pollution, or prolonged use of contact lenses.

Apply 1 to 2 drops in each eye whenever necessary or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Tilt your head slightly back, gently pull down the lower eyelid, and instill the solution into the conjunctival sac. Avoid contact of the ampoule tip with the eye or any other surface.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any component of the formula. If persistent irritation, eye pain, or changes in vision occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
