This supplement provides 1000 µg of Vitamin B12 per tablet, in the form of cyanocobalamin. Vitamin B12 is essential for energy production, maintaining a healthy nervous system and forming red blood cells. It also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and maintains the normal functioning of the immune system.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal. The tablet can be placed between the cheek and gum, under the tongue (sublingually) or chewed.
