Exufiber is a non-woven polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber dressing that, upon contact with wound exudate, transforms into a gel and gently conforms to the wound bed, promoting advanced fluid retention and reducing the risk of leakage and maceration; Hydrolock® technology ensures efficient exudate retention even under compression and atraumatic one-piece removal during dressing changes.

-Clean the wound and surrounding skin according to usual clinical practice. -Choose an appropriately sized Exufiber dressing (10 × 10 cm) to cover the entire wound area with 1–2 cm of healthy skin around it. -Apply Exufiber directly to the wound. -Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing, if indicated, to complete the treatment regimen. -Change the dressing according to exudate and clinical assessment or when saturated.

Use only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional. Not indicated for dry wounds or wounds with little exudate without clinical guidance. Avoid reuse – this is a sterile, single-use product. Always check the packaging for warnings and precautions indicated by the manufacturer.
